Friendship is
a fickle foe,
it starts with smiles
to and fro.
It's secret shared
and tales of woe.
This friend is one
you get to know.
But friendship is
a love that's earned.
When heated words
and feelings burned,
it's time to take
the time to dwell,
and remember the times
my heart did swell.
And now I know
that I in turn,
must grow the friendship
I did earn,
and BE the friend
I seek elsewhere,
in those for whom
I really care.

A personal question ?
"Hey, are you gay? Not that it matters. Are you? Are you gay? You look kinda gay, but you don't sound gay. Just wondered. Cause like, r u gay?
I see you like gay things. Like things that seem gay. So I just thought, .... hmmm, maybe he's gay. I'm not gay, I'm not! But I just thought, maybe you are gay.
Your hair is sort of gay, in a good way. And you are so pretty. So that's pretty gay. Not that it matters. I have nothing against gays, so it's okay if you are.
I'm just saying if you want to, be gay that is. Then that's okay with me, I really don't mind.
Not that I've met someone, like who is gay. Like I don't know gay people. I guess they are different in a way. I've seen gays on TV. You are not like them, but it just seemed like maybe you were. You can tell me.
So if it's not a personal question... are you gay?"

Cry of the Wolf
Sing to me,
I'm free again,
Air to breathe,
I live again.
My world restored,
my life refreshed.
I beat back ills,
I beat back death.
I was away
and now I'm home.
I never want to be alone.
For now I am rebuilt anew,
And now I share
my love with you.
You gave me life,
I took my chance.
I beat it back
and now let's dance.
I love you now,
my love restored.
What you did give,
I give you more.

Ecstasy
With ruptured heat and broiling fire,
your passion fueled my own desire.
The heat that meant my destiny,
your breast did beat with energy.
I looked upon the molten gloom,
your eyes met mine and I did swoon.
The umber of your very soul,
a passion spent, a tale untold.
Our youthful lust, quite carefree,
we locked and lept with energy.
I knew that I would only be,
alive with you, ... in ecstasy.
your passion fueled my own desire.
The heat that meant my destiny,
your breast did beat with energy.
I looked upon the molten gloom,
your eyes met mine and I did swoon.

YouTube Friends
To me it is another home,
a place to chat
to those I know.
So if you see me or I see you,
then friend me,
sub me,
it's easy to do.
But don't stop there,
and disappear.
Say hello,
I really care!
I'm not the type
to wave
and leave,
I wear my heart
upon my sleeve.
So be a friend
and stay awhile,
For I am friendly,
you'll like my style.

Saturday
At summers end,
at early dawn,
a lifting mist,
a stifled yawn.
I wake anew
to regard the day,
as golden shafts
of light do play;
a pattern
on my bedroom wall,
and across the ceiling
they do crawl.
I throw the covers
and regain my feet,
the shower makes my wake
complete.
It's time to eat
for now today,
it's sport,
it's time,
it's Saturday.

a stifled yawn.

King Marcus
I am Marcus of the Volturi Guard,
I have a sword that's long and hard.
It's golden shaft and buried hilt,
With balls of steel I shape my mint.
Of all the Vampires, I am their King.
For attitude is everything!
I take my sword and I do swing,
I see beyond all human things.
So doubt me not as I do sway,
the weakened mortals, in the light of day.
For I am Marcus, and I am Lord!
The Vampire King and his sword.
I have a sword that's long and hard.
It's golden shaft and buried hilt,
With balls of steel I shape my mint.
Of all the Vampires, I am their King.
For attitude is everything!

I met a boy...
I met a boy
as strong as me,
he lifted mountains
randomly.
And then
he taught me
how to fly,
from clouds
to space,
I thought I'd fly.
From him
I learned
to swim the sea,
to hold back rivers,
set lakes free.
He showed me how
to then breathe fire,
tornadoes bent,
I did aspire.
And finally
he taught me all,
and disappeared
and now I'm small.
as strong as me,
he lifted mountains
randomly.
And then
he taught me
how to fly,
from clouds
to space,
I thought I'd fly.
From him
I learned
to swim the sea,
to hold back rivers,

Alone Again
And here I sit alone again,
goodbye my love, hello my friend.
I should be broken and ripped in two,
For I had given my soul to you.
I should be crying, in a heap,
unable to cope, with this type of grief.
I should be empty and torn apart,
instead you still hold close my heart.
For what we had was magical,
you are inside me, even still.
I still love you, but understand,
for this is not what we had planned.
Our love did grow, but grow apart,
Our feelings entwined will never part.
And on this day we part as one,
our friendship shall not be undone.

The LOVE of friends
I sit and wait, and gently stare,
at the space you left, right over there.
Your heat persists, as warmth resists,
the chill of parting, a nightly mist.
A gentle cloak, came with the night,
as I wait for dawn, and dawn's first light.
I'll see you soon, my dear friend,
let not this parting, be the end.
(miss you already Ben)
at the space you left, right over there.
Your heat persists, as warmth resists,
the chill of parting, a nightly mist.
A gentle cloak, came with the night,
as I wait for dawn, and dawn's first light.
I'll see you soon, my dear friend,
let not this parting, be the end.

When Beauty Was Born
When beauty was born the sun rose slow,
the day ahead began to glow.
When beauty arrived the birds did sing,
the air alive, my ears did ring.
When beauty dawned upon the morn,
the earth woke up and began to warm.
When beauty stirred in breathless calm,
a shock ran out with wild alarm.
For beauty was too much you see,
for these plain eyes to even believe,
that such a boy could ever be born,
to rise aglow upon the dawn.
And so we turned our back to him,
no way his beauty would ever win.
To us he was too much you see,
in beauty we did never believe.

Labels are for SOUP CANS
If you are straight, you can be cool,
you can have traits, you can know all.
You can have hopes, you can have dreams,
anything goes, YOU are supreme.
You’re good at sports, everyone talks,
to the straight boy, lets go for walks.
You deserve best, forget the rest,
you are perfect, you passed the test.
But if you are gay, you’re only gay,
and that is all that they say.
Not funny, not cool, not thin and not tall,
you're ‘gay’ or ‘the gay’ or ‘just gay’.
To all the straights that’s all they see,
you can’t be the boy you thought you might be.
They labelled away, so they don’t say,
anything any more.
From my friend Sloane
One strange morning appears
A shy lonely boy in tears
Thru the sandstorm mist
I was wondering if he really exits
Was he mute? Not really
But words just dropping rarely
From his lips color cherry
I was drinking his words gently
Then suddenly he took off his shirt
I didn't move, didn't want to hurt
He came close and grabbed my body
I stay quite fearing to be shoddy
But he was so much in love demand
That I surrendered in the sand
The moment intense came to an end
Then I realized, he was my friend
He laughed at me Ha Ha Who are you?
And dived in the deep blue.

The Long Road Home
I see my boy, my love, my joy,
my faith and hope restored.
He sits right up, just like a pup,
his smiles are our reward.
His heart does glow, his coat does show,
the shine that's back in him.
He looks about, he wants to shout,
'I'm back, I had to win'.
We stand him up and he does strut
about in pants of blue.
Our tears do roll as he does stroll
and see the boy we knew.
my faith and hope restored.
He sits right up, just like a pup,
his smiles are our reward.
His heart does glow, his coat does show,
the shine that's back in him.
He looks about, he wants to shout,
'I'm back, I had to win'.
We stand him up and he does strut

and see the boy we knew.
A mouse in my house
I have a mouse, up in my house,
I hear him in the wall.
He came inside, just last night,
Outside it is too cool.
His scratchy feet, they run about,
the ceiling is his yard.
He looks for friends, companionship,
he always tries so hard.
His lonely vigil does go on,
a friend is all he needs,
I opened the door, just one more,
a friend he gained indeed.
So now there's two, double the poo,
they scratch about all night.
But now I hear, with my trained ear,
their squeals of delight.
I hear him in the wall.
He came inside, just last night,
Outside it is too cool.
His scratchy feet, they run about,
the ceiling is his yard.
He looks for friends, companionship,
he always tries so hard.
His lonely vigil does go on,

I opened the door, just one more,

But now I hear, with my trained ear,
