Suddenly and slowly, 

drifts across the sky. 

Catches on a breeze, 

sails on mountain high. 

Searches for a trace of 

laughter on your lips. 

Tattered sails, trailing ropes, 

memory, it slips. 

My skins stands at attention, 

waiting for your touch.

The Morning Mist

First light, clock, wake, body-ache.

Stretch, shower, water, clean.

Hair, dry, products, sore eyes.

Look, turn, check, alright.

Rush, drive, headlights, arrive.

Mist, dawn, birds, song.

Find, place, pose, wait.

Turn, stare, numb..

Perfect.

Beauty

The beauty within,

is not about sin,
it's finding what 

matters most.
For what we shall find, 

shall prove in time,
to be the love 

we hold so close.

The Stare

Desensitized and mystified, 

          death defied by suicide, 

                    memerized by what he sees.

Horrified and immortalized, 

          rectified by truth... besides, 

                    what else can there be?

Take a look, a lasting look, 

take a picture, write a book, 

what is it that you see?

Behind my stare I lay quite bare, 

I never thought I'd ever care, 

behind this stare, my veneer...

After the rain

After the rain and the pain is gone
life renews and life goes on.

The sun takes a breath 

and starts to climb the sky.

After the last shadow retreats

life returns to its steady beat. 

The sun returns 

to warm the coldest day.

Forever Lovers

 The earth it birthed me once again.

The rain ran through my mortal vein.

The wind, it blew, it's breath on me.

The sun, it warmed, my inner being.

And slowly as I did start to rise, 

you came behind and to my surprise, 

you touched my soul with your fiery eyes, 

and we became two, forever tied.

See me

The sun, it dawns, upon the day. 

I come to you, it's time to play. 

When you awake, what do you see? 

For you I want, to just see me.

Volcano

Am I perfect?

Or good enough?

Like me this way?

Like it rough?

Want me naked?

Within your web?

Push me down, 

upon the bed. 

Keep me kicking 

round the house. 

Treat me badly, 

I'll be a mouse. 

But do ignore 

and fear my rage. 

I will erupt, 

this mortal cage.

I looked across a crowded room 

and saw my love that night.
My breath it stopped, my heart it popped, 

my chest became so tight.
I knew that I, had found at once, 

my other half indeed.
I only hoped, that they would dare, 

and fall in love with me.

And when I glanced, as if by chance, 

my mind went blank indeed.
My smile returned, my soul it yearned, 

my love sent back to me.
So from that day, come what may, 

I knew that love was true.
I knew the we, would forever be,
